Vegetarian Diet Improves your Health

Reason to become Vegetarian

Vegetarians - 10 Reasons Why You Should Become A TRUE VEGETARIAN!

The word vegetarian comes from the root word vegetable (ie vegetation… pertaining exclusively to the plant kingdom. Hence, the true vegetarian.)

10.Vegetarians portray a marked decrease in overweight and obesity. Notwithstanding, "junk food vegetarians" are often overweight and obese.
Keep in mind there are some pre-prepared vegetarian foods that are so highly refined and containing such things as artificial preservatives, colorings, flavorings, synthetic vitamins, etc., that they are categorically speaking junk foods. Avoid these foods as far as possible.

True vegetarians - as a result of the reasons just shared with you - live an average of 5-20 years longer than non-vegetarians. True, or pure vegetarians abstain from the use of all foods of animal origin, this includes animal by-products. Another group called vegans avoid all foods of animal origin as well as any commercial products such as leather, which require taking the life of animals.

There are some vegetarians who fall into another category. I have coined or call this group "junk food vegetarians". Having said this, I hasten to add, that in using this terminology it is not my intention to be demeaning or critical. I speak this metaphorically, in pointing to the fact that some vegetarians are pursuing a diet made up largely of over cooked, highly refined and adulterated foods of vegetable origin. Many of these people are unaware that these foods are - categorically speaking - junk foods. This remains true even though these foods are derived from the plant kingdom.
The main concern in a vegetarian diet is the sufficient intake of a variety of different foods, including fruits and vegetables, grains and legumes, nuts and seeds. Raw foods are live foods and contain what I have coined as being "live full calories".

No one should attempt to make drastic changes in their diet for an extended period of time without first consulting with an all natural health care doctor who has been formally schooled and trained in the profession of all natural medicine and nutrition.
