vegetarian.)

Vegetarians have a very low rate of heart disease and cardiovascular
problems such as atherosclerosis, arteriosclerosis, hypertension,
stroke, etc.
2. Vegetarians have a much lower
incidence of malignancies (cancer) than do non-vegetarians.

part exempt from diabetes… a health problem which is almost
exclusively associated with the western world lifestyle.
4. Vegetarians are rarely ever
plagued by the crippling, and often times incapacitating effects
of osteo and rheumatoid arthritis.
5. Vegetarians and gout, is for
the most part non-existent since true vegetarians have very
low levels of uric acid, a waste product of animal protein that
is largely responsible for gout.
6.Vegetarians have fewer allergies
since most hyperallergenic food substances such as flesh meats,
dairy products, eggs, chocolate, etc., are eliminated from their
diet.
7. Vegetarians have a very low
incidence of viral, bacterial and fungal infections owing to
a highly functional immune system response. Also, true vegetarians
with tooth caries, cavities and plaque buildup are for the most
part non-existent.
8.Vegetarians encounter far less
intestinal tract disorders such as constipation, celiac disease,
crohn's disease, diverticulitis, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.
9. Vegetarians (herbivores) vs.
non-vegetarians (carnivores) are known to posses much more cooperative
temperaments, therefore producing a non-violent approach to
life.
