SPICED CURD

INGREDIENTS

Fresh mint leaves
Curd
Coriander leaves
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Cummin seeds
 


10 teaspoon
1/2 litre
50 ml
--
--
1 teaspoon
 

METHOD


1Grind the mint leaves into a smooth paste with a little water and keep aside.
2.Roast ( that is , heat without oil ) the cummin seeds lightly in a frying pan; grind them into a powder and keep aside.
3.Beat curd, mint ( vide 1), finely chopped coriander leaves and cummin seeds ( vide 2 ) together.
4.Add salt and sugar ( to taste) and mix well.
5.Chill well and garnish with chilli powder( to taste ) and serve.
