Every woman has an image of how she wants to look - An image which she wistfully sighs over. Every woman nurses a fervent desire for a glowing complexion, sparkling eyes, thick lustrous hair and smooth well manicured hand all combined together to create a beautiful whole. However between desire and accomplishment there are barriers, of lack of time and knowhow, of misconceptions, of the deeprooted belief that you must live with what are born with. These barriers are, however, not as insurmountable as they may appear. To know more Mail us at apnabangalore@usa.net.

Know Your Skin :

Your skin is your most private cover. Not only does it convey your emotions, it also reflects your physical well being.

Patch Test-
Here is a simple test to confirm your skin type.

1. Cleanse face with soap and water before going to bed.
2. Do not apply cream or lotion.
3. Next morning press a clean tissue first on your cheeks, to your forehead and finally to the sides of your nose.
