1. Soak the ani seeds, poppy seeds & almonds over the night.
2. Next morning drain the water and peel the almonds. 3. Grind the poppy seeds, aniseeds and almonds with little milk in the mixie. 4. Heat ghee in a pan, fry ground masala for two minutes add milk,
sugar, green cardomom powder and black pepper powder. Boil for 5-10 minutes on medium fire. 5. Remove from fire and serve hot. |
