PINEAPPLE RABRI DELIGHT

INGREDIENTS

Milk
Sugar
Cardamom
Pineapple pieces
Varakh
Chopped Almonds
 

2 litres
200 gms
1 tablespoon
tinned
optional
some

METHOD

1. Take a heavy bottomed pan, put in the milk and allow it to boil for 15-20 mts on a higher flame.
2. Keep stirring the milk, simmer the heat and add cardamom, sugar and saffron and mix well.
3. Cook the mixture for about 10 mnts until the milk becomes 1/4 th of the initial qty.
4. Remove the rabri and refrigerate for about 2-3 hrs.
5. Once the rabri is cool. Add in the pieces and mix well.
6. Serve in a bowl garnished with barakh and chopped almonds.
