1.Boil carrots in some salted water drain and keep aside, add boiled peas and
cabbage. 2. Melt butter in pan and fry onion. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Add flour and mix well. 3. Gradually, add water and milk stirring all the time. Cook on medium fire till thick and
smooth , stir continuosly. 4. Add salt, pepper and paneer. 5. Add boiled vegetables into the soup. 6. Serve hot.
