PANEER SOUP

INGREDIENTS

Paneer, grated
Peas shelled and boiled
Cabbage finely chopped and boiled
Carrots grated
Onion finely chopped
Butter
Wheat Flour
Milk
Water
Salt
White pepper powder

METHOD


1.Boil carrots in some salted water drain and keep aside, add boiled peas and cabbage.
2. Melt butter in pan and fry onion. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Add flour and mix well.
3. Gradually, add water and milk stirring all the time. Cook on medium fire till thick and smooth , stir continuosly.
4. Add salt, pepper and paneer.
5. Add boiled vegetables into the soup.
6. Serve hot.
