INGREDIENTS

Fresh spinach leaves
Green chillies
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Curd
Chilli powder to taste
Powdered pepper corns ( to taste )

METHOD


1Chop the green chillies fine and keep aside.
2.Cook the spinach, drain, chop fine and keep aside.
3.Mix the spinach, green chillies ( vide 1) and curd together.
4.Add salt and sugar ( to taste), mix well and chill well.
5.Season with powdered pepper corns and chilli powder and serve.
