MEXICAN TACOS

INGREDIENTS

Maida
Water
Oil
Salt
Rajma
Onions
Tomatoes
Chilli Powder
Tamarind
Garam Masala
Turmeric

1/2 kg
to make dough
to deep fry
to taste
1/2 kg
1 kg
1 kg
2 tablespoons
1/2 cup
1/2 tablespoons
1/2 tablespoons

METHOD

1. Make the dough and keep it aside for 1/2 hr covered with wet cloth.
2. Roll out small pieces of 4" diameter and deep fry in oil. Fold the puris in half while still in the oil when it is soft.
3. Make it crisp and remove from oil.
4. Put oil in pan and fry onions for ten minutes. Add tomatoes and all other ingredients.
5. Let it simmer for ten minutes. Then add the boiled Rajma.
6. Smash a cupful of Rajma to make a thick gravy.
