KADI PAKODA

INGREDIENTS

Bengal Gram Flour
Onion
Green Chilli
Salt
Oil
Ghee
Asafoetida
Menthi Beeds
Somb

1 cup

to taste
to fry
1 cup
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon

METHOD

1. Mix the dough with the onion, chilli, and salt.
2. Keep this mixture for about 10 minutes.
3. Heat the vessel and pour the ghee into it.
4. Take small pieces of the dough and put in the vessel to fry. now your pakoda is ready
5. To prepare the Kadi take some flour, ghee and 1 cup of water and mix well.
6. Take some ghee in a vessel and heat it , add somb and mustard and simmer.
7. Add the mixture to it and simmer it .
