Green Gram Soup

INGREDIENTS

Green Grams
Onion finely chopped
Ginger chopped
Garlic crushed
Cinamon powder
Cloves Powder
Salt
Butter
Corn Flour
Wate

1 Nos

1/2 Piece
2 Cloves
1 Pinch
1 Pinch
1 Tea Spoon
2 Table Spoon
2 Table Spoon
2 Cups

METHOD


1.Cook the green grams with ginger & garlic in a pressure cooker till tender, use the same water for the soup.
2. Heat butter in a pan fry onion for 2-3 minutes. add corn flour, fry till corn flour is golden brown add boiled green grams.
3. Add Cinnamon Powder, Clove Powder and Salt Simmer for two minutes.
4. Serve hot.
