CURD SHORBA

INGREDIENTS

Curd
Plain flour
Milk
Ghee
Cummin seeds
Onion( small )
Green chillies
Ginger( peeled & grated )
Salt to taste
Tomatoes( chopped )
Cucumber( chopped )
Coriander leaves( chopped )

METHOD

  • Beat together curd, plain flour and milk.
  • Chop the onion and green chillies fine and keep aside.
  • Heat a frying pan and add ghee. When the ghee melts, add cummin seeds, onion, green chillies and ginger.
  • Add the beaten curd, salt to taste, tomato and cucumber. Stir well all the time.
  • When the ingredients begin to boil, switch off the flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
