1Chop the cucumber fine and keep aside( it need not be peeled; taste it to
ensure that it is not bitter ). 2.Chop the green chillies fine and keep aside. 3.Mix the cream, curd, mustard, chillies( vide 2 ) well. 4.Stir in the cucumber( vide 1 ). 5.Add salt and sugar ( to
taste ), mix well, chill for a couple of hours and serve.
