CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

Condensed Milk
Butter
Maida
Powdered Sugar
Milk
Curds
Soda
Baking Powder
Cocoa Powder
Vanilla Essence
Rum
Water
Salt
 

1/2 tin
100 gms
250 gms
3/4 cup
1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1 teaspoon
1 1/2 teaspoon
3 - 4 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
a pinch

METHOD

1. Beat the condensed milk and butter together till it turns into a fine semi liquid paste.
2. Sieve all the above powdered ingredients and go on adding to the paste
3. Add milk, sugar,curds, essence and if possible rum to the paste and mix well in one direction.
4. Once the paste is ready, switch on the oven and keep it at 180 degree and before putting in the paste see to that all sides off the container is applied with ghee and maida sprinkled with maida.
5. Put the paste into the container, it takes about 40 minutes to bake. Remove the container if the paste has been baked and put the cake on to a plate which is been covered with tissue paper.
