ALOO METHI

INGREDIENTS

Potatoes
Ghee
Fenugreek leaves
Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Green chillies
Salt to taste

 

1/2 Kg
1 tablespoon
1 small bunch
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
2

 

METHOD

1.Cook, drain, peel and quarter the potatoes and keep inside.
2.Heat ghee in a saucepan and add Fenugreek leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and salt to taste; fry on a slow fire until the leaves are done to a turn.
3.Add potatoes, mix well, fry through, remove from fire and serve hot.
